Nimba City Developers is the real estate arm of Nimba Group — a group spanning automobiles, hospitality, petroleum, and real estate, built over more than forty years on a single principle: do things properly, and build to last.

Mr. Ashok Bevinamar
1962 — 2021
More than four decades ago, our founder built Nimba Group from nothing into a name trusted across sectors.
He passed away in 2021. The business he created is now run by the next generation of the Bevinamar family, who carry his standards forward in everything we do.
This page, and this company, are dedicated to him.
Our Story
For much of the group's history, real estate was something our family knew and held — not something we traded. In 2023, we brought that deep familiarity with land into a dedicated business: acquiring property, developing it to a high standard, and offering it to families and investors.
Headquartered in Haveri, we are now growing — with projects planned in other cities in the years ahead.
